Instructions for use
Rice Noodles (Phở Tươi Sấy Khô):
- (1) Soak in cold water (5 minutes).
- (2) Add to boiling water and cook gently (4-5 minutes).
- (3) Remove from pot and rinse with cold water, then drain well
Rice Vermicelli (Bún Tươi Sấy Khô):
- (1) Soak in cold water (5 minutes).
- (2) Add to boiling water and cook gently (5–7 minutes).
- (3) Remove from pot and rinse with cold water, then drain well
Glass Noodles (Miến Dong):
- (1) Soak in cold water (5 minutes).
- (2) Take out then drain well.
- (3) Cook with broth (2-3 minutes) or stir fry.
- Note: The glass noodles are clear, tender, chewy and do not break or become mushy for a long time.
